My Desire is to help people and communities thrive
I’ve spent decades working around the world, walking the adventure of change, leading with compassion and have a real passion for seeing both people and communities grow and transform. As a life, executive, and spiritual coach, I come alongside individuals, teams, and groups—as they journey through transition, helping them move forward with clarity, resilience, and purpose.
I look to coaching the whole integrated person
My coaching is shaped by real-life experience, deep listening, and practical insight. Whether you’re going through a life change, leading something big, exploring your spiritual journey, or just figuring out your next step—I aim to create a space where you feel heard, supported, and find a way forward.
My style is relational, non-judgemental and values-based, grounded in the belief that hope, growth and transformation are always possible, no matter where you’re at in life.
My experience is a mix of local and global.
Over the last 30 years I’ve been fortunate to live and work in the UK, India, the US, and Mexico—partnering with people, charities, churches, and organisations from all kinds of backgrounds.
Over the years, I’ve:
- Supported individuals, couples and groups in various walks of life and helped them find holistic personal fulfilment and professional development
- Helped start and lead creative faith communities and charities
- Helped create small-scale social enterprise projects
- Supported folks in tough situations and underserved communities
- Worked with people affected by HIV and AIDS.
- Helped create safe, inclusive spaces for people—including survivors of modern day slavery
All of this hands-on and strategic impact really shapes how I coach today—focused on making a difference where it matters most.
I’m an associate with Moringa Leadership—a great group of people dedicated to developing leaders who lead with humility, character, and vision. Together, we help individuals and organisations face challenges, stay resilient, and lead in ways that feel true and grounded.
I am also part of Skylark International – a faith based community of creative diverse people seeking to express the life of Jesus in a myriad of relevant ways.
Plus I am a board member of several charities: The Mustard Tree Foundation, of which I was the founding ED; Oasis USA; Cross Keys, Beacon and Restore.
