For over nearly 40 years, I have been involved in various sectors of society, and through Civil Engineering, Business, Charities and Faith engagement, I have worked to create practical and safe places and spaces for people.
My professional career began in the UK construction industry on sites and in the field of consultancy after which I lived and worked in India with marginalised young people and women and children impacted and affected by HIV creating integrated and sustainable communities.
I was the founding director of the Mustard Tree Foundation in Reading, UK, and along with a team of people facilitated Christian faith communities, in Colorado and South England, transition into holistic partnerships with those they lived amongst.
Whilst in North America, I worked with people affected by drug violence along the Mexican border and developed safe spaces and sustainable communities for people impacted by human trafficking.
Alongside my wife I and in my wider coaching capacity I support various initiatives through a platform called Re-Conn-Tore.
I am a coaching associate with Moringa Leader*, part of the Skylark International Network**, on various charitable boards, and in my downtime, enjoy family, travel, nature, reading, art, photography and South Indian food.

The best way to explore whether coaching is right for you is a conversation.
